Předmětem této diplomové práce je zjištění dlouhodobého využití norem řady ISO 9000 a ISO 14000 v podniku Hrušecká stavební spol. s r.o V teoretické části jsou popsány poznatky z oblasti managementu jakosti, environmentálního managementu a metody finanční analýzy použité v praktické části práce, kde je věnována pozornost zhodnocení ekonomické situace společnosti před a po zavedení norem ISO, srovnání analyzované společnosti s konkurenčními firmami na Břeclavsku za pomocí základních metod finanční analýzy. Je zde zachycena prognóza nákladů, přínosů a rizik těchto norem do dalších 5-ti let a následné návrhy a doporučení pro management společnosti. |

The thesis is aiming to introduce the long-term application of the ISO 9000 and ISO 14000 standards in Hrušecká stavební spol. s r.o The thesis is organized as follows. The theoretical part is dedicated to the description of the quality management, environmental management and methods of financial analysis which will be followingly applicated. The second part of this thesis focuses on evaluation of the economic situation of the analysed company before and after the application of ISO standards and the comparsion of the analysed company with the competition in the Břeclav area. Application of financial analysis? methods is emphesized. The paper discusses prediction of the expenses, risks and benefits of the ISO standards application for the next 5 years and following suggestions for the management of analysed company. |
