Cílem mé diplomové práce je usnadnění podnikatelské činnosti společnosti XY, s.r.o. a současně splnění zákonné povinnosti. Snažila jsem se svým přístupem vysvětlit vedení firmy, že vypracování vnitropodnikových směrnic není jen povinnost, ale hlavně vytvoření nástroje, který může pomoci zefektivnit činnost firmy a pomůže přiblížit všem zaměstnan-cům smysl jejich konání. V teoretické části popisuji základní účetní principy a analyzuji jednotlivé legislativní předpisy, aby bylo možné pochopit důvody, které vedou k povinnosti vytvoření vnitropodnikových směrnic. V praktické části nejprve provádím analýzu potřeb-nosti jednotlivých vnitřních předpisů pro potřeby dané účetní jednotky, a poté sestavuji jednotlivé vnitropodnikové směrnice, které budou následně tvořit celek ? soubor vnitro-podnikových směrnic společnosti XY, s.r.o. V závěru praktické části popisuji jednotlivé kroky nutné pro implementaci tohoto souboru vnitřních předpisů a provádím shrnutí příno-sů a možných rizik, které tato problematika s sebou nese. |

The aim of my thesis is to provide solutions for the business simplification of the company XY, Ltd and to make sure the company follows the legislative rules. I explained the way the company operates and showed that the intradepartmental guidelines are above all a tool needed for making the company's activities even more effective. The intradepartmental guidelines existence can also help the employees understand the significance of the com-pany's actions. The essential accounting principles are defined in the theoretical part. In order to understand the reasons to why the intradepartmental guidelines have to be formed, I analyzed a number of legislative ordinances. The practical part is introduced by the analy-sis of the necessity of the specific intradepartmental guidelines. The practical part also of-fers the list of separate intradepartmental guidelines creating a unified list of the intrade-partmental guidelines along with the summary of the possible benefits or risks are de-scribed in the conclusion of the practical part. |
