Cílem práce je nalezení nejvhodnějšího způsobu financování investičního záměru společnosti XY, s.r.o. Teoretická část práce je věnována kritické literární rešerši na téma investice, metody hodnocení efektivnosti investic a problematice finanční analýzy. Praktická část práce charakterizuje konkrétní investiční záměr a dále popisuje jednotlivé možnosti financování. Hlavním východiskem práce je zhodnocení efektivnosti investice při zvoleném způsobu financování. |

The main aim of this thesis is searching of the best way how to finance investment project of the XY, ltd. company. Theoretical part of this thesis focuses on literary research concerning the investment, the methods of evaluating investment effectivity and financial analysis. The practical part characterizes specific investment project its variants of the financing. Effectivity evaluating of the concrete investment with selected source of financing is the main result of this work. |
