dc.description.abstract	Předmětem práce je řízení a realizace zpětného toku v logistice. Hlavními zkoumanými ob-lastmi budou reklamace a další zpětné toky. Teoretická část shrnuje současné poznatky dané problematiky. Praktická část je realizována ve společnosti SKALEX-PLAST s.r.o. V praktické části se pokusím najít nejslabší místa navrhnout řešení, které by mělo zlepšit současnou situaci v podniku.	cs
