dc.description.abstract	Práce je věnována optimalizaci nákupu ve firmě DT Mostárna, a.s. V teoretické části je popsán nákup, logistický řetězec, výzkum nákupního trhu a výběr dodavatelů, význam a funkce informačního systému v logistice. V praktické části je popsán proces získávání zakázek, nákup materiálu a výběr dodavatelů. Na závěr je řešena analýza celého procesu nákupu ve firmě a následně je navrženo optimální řešení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The work is about optimizing a purchase in DT Moravia firm, a.s. In the theoretical part there are described a purchase, a logistic chain, a research of purchasing market and a cho-ice of suppliers, a signification and function of an informative system in logistic. In the practical part there is described a process of getting orders, purchasing of materials and a choice of suppliers. In the conclusion there is an analysis of the whole process of purchase in a company and then the solution is suggested.	en
