dc.description.abstract	Tato diplomová práce se zabývá strategickým plánováním jako jednou ze základních pod-mínek rozvoje mikroregionů. Práce je složena ze dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Teore-tická část začíná definováním navržených cílů a použitých metod práce. Odborný úvod vymezuje strukturální politiku Evropské unie z pohledu institucionálního a legislativního. Na něj navazuje popis regionální politiky ČR až do úrovně obcí a regionů. Praktická část obsahuje vznik mikroregionů a jejich záměry podložené strategickými plány. Součástí je i vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření u obyvatel vybraných mikroregionů. Následně je z obecného hlediska provedeno zhodnocení nejčastějších bodů SWOT analýz mikroregionů s přihlédnutím na aktuální potřeby a společenskou situaci. Na závěr jsou navrženy vlastní opatření na zvýšení významu a efektivnosti subjektů mikroregionální spolupráce s hlavním důrazem na možnosti využívání financování rozvoje území z prostředků strukturálních fon-dů EU.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with strategic planning as one of the essential conditions for the develop-ment of micro-regions. It consists of two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part begins with defining objectives and used work methods. The technical introduction defines structural policy of the European Union from the institutional and legislative points of view. It continues in the description of the CR regional policy up to the level of municipalities and regions. The practical part includes the creation of micro-regions and their aims supported by stra-tegic plans, and an evaluation of a survey conducted with residents of selected regions. Consequently there is an assessment of the most frequent points of SWOT analyses of mi-cro-regions with a respect to the existing needs and social situation. The conclusion presents measures to increase the importance and effectiveness of actors of micro-regional cooperation with the main emphasis on the possibility to finance the territo-rial development from the EU structural funds.	en
