Předmětem mé diplomové práce je transformace účetní závěrky společnosti Česká zbro-jovka a.s. sestavené dle národní účetní legislativy na účetní závěrku sestavenou dle mezi-národního účetního standardu pro malé a střední podniky (IFRS pro SME). Diplomová práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je zaměřena na po-psání standardu IFRS pro SME, dále se věnuje rozdílům mezi IFRS pro SME a českou účetní legislativou (ČÚL). V praktické části je zpracována analýza účetních výkazů spo-lečnosti sestavených dle ČÚL a provedena transformace na účetní výkazy dle IFRS pro SME. Dopad transformace na finanční situaci společnosti je zohledněn ve stručné finanční analýze, zároveň se srovnáním ukazatelů finanční analýzy dle ČÚL. |

The aim of my diploma thesis is the transformation of the financial statements of Česká zbrojovka a.s. which were prepared in accordance with the national accounting legislation to the financial statements prepared in accordance with the International Financial Repor-ting Standard for Small and Medium-sized Entities (IFRS for SME). My diploma thesis is divided into two parts - theoretical and practical. In its theoretical part it concentrates on describing the IFRS for SME, further it deals with the differences between the IFRS for SME and the Czech accounting legislation (ČÚL). In its practical part it elaborates an ana-lysis of financial statements of the Company which were prepared in accordance with the ČÚL and it also makes a transformation of them into financial statements prepared in ac-cordance with the IFRS for SME. The impact of the transformation on the Company's fi-nancial situation is presented in a brief financial analysis together with a comparison of indicators of the financial analysis according to the ČÚL. |
