Cílem mé práce je provést zhodnocení finančního postavení firmy Strabis Group, s.r.o, na jehož základě poté vyberu nejlepší alternativu financování jejich připravovaného projektu na modernizaci informačních a komunikačních technologií. V teoretické části se zaměřím na finanční rozhodování podniku, přístupy k měření jeho výkonnosti a také na jednotlivé zdroje financování projektů. Jako součást teoretické části budou též uvedeny nezbytné ukazatele finanční analýzy. Praktická část bude obsahovat zejména přestavení společnosti Strabis Group, s.r.o., jeho finanční analýzu a také přiblížení zmíněného plánovaného projektu. Dále už se budu zabývat vhodnými variantami financování tohoto projektu, jehož výslednou části bude zhodnocení nejvýhodnější varianty a její porovnání s možností finan-covat tento projekt pomocí úvěru. Závěrem této práce bude doporučení, kterou možnost k financování daného projektu by měl podnik vybrat. |

The aim of my thesis is to evaluate the financial position of the company Strabis Group, Ltd. under which then I choose the best alternative to finance their upcoming project on the modernization of information and communication technologies. The theoretical part will focus on the financial decision of enterprises, approaches to measuring its performance and also the sources of funding. The part of the theoretical part will also be given the necessary financial analysis indicators. The practical part will include the adjustment of particular Strabis Group Ltd., the financial analysis and approach to that proposed project. After that, I will consider the suitable variants of financing the project whose final assessment of the advantageous variants and compares them will the possibility of funding this project through a credit. This thesis will be encouraged by the possibility of funding the project which company should choose. |
