Cílem této práce je zhodnotit finanční situaci společnosti Valašské lesotechnické meliorace a.s. a doporučit optimální způsob financování investičního záměru. V teoretické části diplomové práce se věnuji stručnému vysvětlení teorie investičního záměru, finanční analýze, bankovním úvěrům a leasingu. Praktická část je věnována zhodnocení finanční situaci společnosti. Použila jsem zde ukazatele zadluženosti, rentabilita, aktivity, likvidity a moderního výkonnostního ukazatele EVA. Na praktickou část navazuje projekt, který by měl vyřešit problém s financováním investičního záměru. V první fázi bude představena samotná investice a navrhnuty příjmy a výdaje z ní plynoucí. Dále navrhnu možnosti jejího financování a zhodnotím výhodnost pomocí metody současné hodnoty. Závěrem této diplomové práce bude doporučení, která možnost financování bude pro podnik nejvýhodnější. |

The aim of this study is to assess the financial situation at the company Valašské lesotechnické meliorace a.s. and recommend appropriate and optimal method of financing the investment project. The first part in this work is devoted to a brief explanation of the theory of investment plans, financial analysis, bank loans and leasing. The practical part is devoted to the evaluations - assessment of the financial health of the company. I used the debt ratios, profitability, activity, liquidity and modern performance-indicator EVA. The practical part of the follow-up project, which should solve the problem of financing investment projects. In the first part of the investment itself will be presented and designed to income and expenses arising from it. Further suggests the possibility of funding and evaluate profitability of using the present value. Finally, this thesis will be a recommendation to the possibility of financing will be advantageous for the company. |
