dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza systému motivace ve společnosti XY, následné vypracování návrhů, na řešení zjištěných problémů. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou část, která bude zaměřena na pojmy související s motivací, dále na teorie motivace a odměňování. V druhé, praktické, části práce nalezneme vyhodnocení dat z dotazníkového šetření, jejich analýzu a na závěr jsou navržena doporučení založená na zjištěných informacích.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of my bachelor thesis is the analysis of motivation system in the society XY, subsequent proposals workout for solution of recognized problems. The thesis is divided into theoretical part that will focus on the terms related to motivation, further on motivation and remuneration theory. In the second practical part of the thesis we will find the evaluation of data from questionnaire survey, its analysis and at the end recommendations based on recognized information are proposed.	en
