Diplomová práce obsahuje literární studii, která je zaměřena na proces výroby bionafty. V teoretické části je pojednáno o transesterifikační reakci, složení vstupních a výstupních surovin, reakčních a extrakčních činidel a následných čistících procesech. Dále práce po-jednává o složení a druzích odpadních tuků, které je možné využít pro výrobu bionafty. Experimentální část obsahuje sledování nákladů a zisků úpravy odpadních tuků v závislosti na číslu kyselosti za použití různých extrakčních činidel. |

The main aim of the Master?s thesis deals with the production process of biodiesel. The theoretical part of the work is focused on the transesterification, consisting of inputs and outputs materials, reactants and extract reagents. The work is focused on contain of fatty wastes usable to biodiesel production. The experimental part includes the monitoring of costs and profits of the fatty wastes treating in dependence on the acid number and used extraction agents. |
