Cílem diplomové práce je zpracování projektu implementace metody Balanced Scorecard s využitím ekonomické přidané hodnoty ve společnosti MACHALA a.s Teoretická část se věnuje charakteristice pojmů strategie, konceptu BCS a konceptu EVA. V praktické části je provedena analýza vnějších a vnitřních faktorů a finanční analýza. Projektová část se zabývá samotnou implementací metody BSC podle jednotlivých fází a propojením metody Balanced Scorecard s ekonomickou přidanou hodnotou. |

The point of my thesis is the project processing of the Balanced Scorecard Method imple-mentation by usage of the Economic Value Added in the company MACHALA Inc. The theoretically part follows explanation of strategy, BSC and EVA concepts. The practical part focuses on the outside and inside elements analysis and financial analysis. The project part considers straight the BSC Method Implementation according to the individual phases and by the connection of the Balanced Scorecard Method with the Economic Value Added. |
