Obsahem této bakalářské práce je návrh úpravy Směrnice pro oběh a přezkušování účetních dokladů základních škol zřizovaných Městem Kroměříž. Teoretická část bakalářské práce zpracovává problematiku škol jako příspěvkových organizací a vnitroorganizačních předpisů. Je v ní charakterizována škola jako příspěvková organizace a popsány vnitřní předpisy a jejich druhy. Analytická část bakalářské práce se zabývá právními předpisy a následně vnitroorganizačními směrnicemi vztahujícími se k ekonomické oblasti příspěvkových organizací. Z ekonomických směrnic je zanalyzována Směrnice pro oběh a přezkušování účetních dokladů. Výsledkem je vzorový Návrh směrnice pro oběh a přezkušování účetních dokladů. |

The content of this bachelor thesis is a proposal for modification of directives about circulation and re-examination of account documents of primary schools founded by the chairmanship of Kroměříž. The theoretic part of the thesis deals with the question of allowance organizations and their intra-organization directives. You can find there the characteristics of an allowance organization and its internal regulations divided into several kinds. The applied part of the thesis denotes legal regulations and intra-organization directives concerned with economic area of allowance organizations. Of these economic directives I analyze the circulation and re-examination of account documents directive. This results in the proposal of a new (modified) mentioned directive. |
