dc.description.abstract	Hlavným cieľom diplomovej práce je skoncipovať projekt zlepšenia systému motivácie v spoločnosti PSL, a.s. Práca je rozdelená na dve hlavné časti. Teoretická časť je výsledkom štúdia dostupných informačných zdrojov vzťahujúcich sa k problematike personálneho riadenia, motivácie a stimulácie. Praktická časť, ktorá nadväzuje na teoretické východiská diplomovej práce objasňuje stručnou charakteristikou spoločnosť PSL, a.s. Práca pokračuje prieskumom zameraným na spokojnosť a motiváciu zamestnancov. Analytická časť je zakončená identifikáciou oblasti zamestnaneckých výhod ako oblasti vhodnej zlepšenia. Návrhy na zlepšenie a zavedenie cafeteria systému do spoločnosti sú náplňou projektovej časti. V závere diplomovej práce je spracovaná časová, nákladová a riziková analýza.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The main objective of this thesis was to draw up a project of motivation improvement in PSL, a.s. The work is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part is the result of the study of accessible information sources related to the issue of personnel management, its motivation and further stimulation. The practical part that refers to the theoretical one briefly describes the PSL, as a company. Further on the thesis is focused on the survey on satisfaction and employee motivation. The analytical part is finished by identifying areas of employee benefits as an effective area that is left out for further improvement. The proposals to improve and implement the cafeteria plan in the company's system are the main part of the project. In conclusion there is a time and cost and risk analysis.	en
