dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na vypracování projektu financování investičního záměru města Luhačovice. Cílem této práce je navrhnout vhodný způsob financování daného investičního záměru a posouzení, zda tato investiční akce nebude mít negativní dopad na hospodaření města. V teoretické části diplomové práce je charakterizována obec, její druhy, orgány a dále je zde rozepsána problematika hospodaření územních samosprávných celků a možnosti financování jejich rozvojových aktivit. Praktická část je zaměřena na analýzu hospodaření města. Na to navazuje stěžejní část práce, kterou je návrh finančního krytí konkrétního projektu pomocí výběru nejvhodnějšího způsobu úvěrového financování. V závěru práce je provedeno zhodnocení propočtů a je navrhnuta bankovní instituce, která nabízí nejvýhodnější podmínky poskytnutí úvěru.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis is focused on the elaboration of the project financing the investment goal of the town Luhačovice. The aim of this paper is to propose a suitable way of financing the investment project and to consider whether the project will have a negative impact on the economy of the town. In the theoretical part is characterized a municipality, its forms and bodies and farther is also described an issue that concerns the management of regional self-governing units and the options of financing their development activities. The practical part focuses on the analysis of management of the town. This is followed by a pivotal part of the thesis which is a proposal for funding a concrete project by selecting the most appropriate form of credit financing. In the conclusion are evaluated calculations and is suggested a bank institution that offers the best conditions of the credit.	en
