dc.description.abstract	Cieľom diplomovej práce je analyzovať súčasný stav riadenia zásob v spoločnosti TOP DRINKS, s.r.o. a navrhnúť projekt so zameraním na zlepšenie komlexného riadenia zásob. Teoretická časť vysvetľuje základné pojmy z teórie zásob a možnosti ich riadenia. Praktická časť je zameraná na konkrétnu spoločnosť, v ktorej boli vykonané viaceré analýzy zásob s cieľom zistenia súčasného stavu. V závere tejto časti sú identifikované hlavné nedostatky spojené s riadením zásob. Návrh projektu na zlepšenie riadenia rieši vzniknuté nedostatky.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of this thesis is to analyze the current state of the inventory management in the company TOP DRINKS, Ltd. and the proposed project with a focus on compact improving of inventory management. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts of the theory of stock and options aof their management. The practical part focuses on the particular company in which were made concreate analysis of stocks in order to establish the status quo. It concludes that identified major shortcomings associated with stock management. The proposal to improve the inventory management deales with the with this exact shortcomings.	en
