Předmětem diplomové práce je analýza efektivnosti investičního projektu. V teoretické části práce je pozornost zaměřena na základní etapy investičního rozhodování, na konstrukci peněţních toků a na popis hlavních metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Práce se dále věnuje finančním zdrojům, faktorům ovlivňujícím investiční rozhodování a nákladům na kapitál. Praktická část diplomové práce aplikuje teoretické poznatky na reálný investiční projekt z praxe a snaţí se nabídnout konkrétní investiční doporučení. |

Subject of the dissertation is analysis of investment project's efficiency. In the theoretical part of the thesis attention is paid to basic phases of investment decision, construction of cash-flow and description of methods of project efficiency evaluation. Next parts of the thesis deal with financial resources, basic factors affecting investment effciency and cost of capital. Practical part of the dissertation applies the theoretical knowledge to practical investment project and tries to offer specific investment recommendation. |
