Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se skládá ze tří hlavních kapitol. První kapitola hovoří o živelních pohromách, jejích klasifikaci a jednotlivé z nich podrobněji popisuje. Druhá kapitola se zabývá ochranou obyvatelstva, historickým vývojem a současným pojetím ochrany obyvatelstva a rozebírá základní úkoly ochrany obyvatelstva. Třetí kapitola popisuje ochranu obyvatelstva při živelních pohromách a rozebírá ochranu u každé přírodní katastrofy zvlášť. Čtvrtá kapitola je praktickou částí diplomové práce s názvem informovanost obyvatelstva při živelních pohromách. V ní je zanalyzován současný stav informovanosti a podán návrh na zlepšení informovanosti obyvatel při živelních pohromách včetně námi sestaveného algoritmu správné reakce obyvatelstva při vzniku živelních pohrom. |

This diploma work is divided into theoretical and practical part. Theoretical part consists of three main chapters. The first chapter disserts on natural disasters, their clasification and describes each disaster in detail. The second chapter deals with citizen security, historical evolution and current comprehension of citizen security and analyzes the basic tasks of citizen security. The third chapter describes the security of citizens during the natural catastrophes and analyzes the level of citizen security for each natural catastrophe particularly. The fourth chapter presents the practical part of the diploma work named informedness of population about natural disasters. In this chapter the current status of informedness is analyzed and a proposal for improvement of informedness of citizens about natural disasters is suggested, including an algorithm, created by us, of accurate reaction of inhabitants by the occurrance of natural catastrophe. |
