Tématem této bakalářské práce je realizace a ochrana práv při poskytování zdravotní péče. Cílem je charakterizovat základní práva ve zdravotnictví a zjistit, jaká je znalost těchto práv a jak jsou využívána. V teoretické části jsou analyzovány základní právní normy, které souvisejí s problematikou ochrany práv ve zdravotnictví. Dále jsou v této části charakterizovány základní pojmy zdravotnického práva. Praktická část se zabývá ověřením znalostí práv občanů ve zdravotnictví pomocí dotazníkové metody, průzkumem práv pacientů v praxi v Šumperské nemocnici a.s. a názorem občanů na euthanasii. V závěru práce je zhodnocena situace a navržena opatření, která by vedla ke zvýšení znalosti práv ve zdravotnictví. |

The topic of this Bachelor's work is Implementation and Protection of Patient Rights in Healthcare Delivery. The aim of this work is to define basic patient's rights in the healthca-re system as well as to investigate general knowledge of these rights within public and whether and how they are applied. The theoretical part contains the analysis of basic legal norms relevant to the basic rights in healthcare. This part further provides descriptions of basic terms in the healthcare law. The practical part of this work provides results of testing of patient's knowledge of their rights based on questionaires and also investigates appli-cation of human rights in the Sumperk Hospital. Bachelor's work also describes opinions of Czech citizens on euthanasia. The conclusion of this work provides evaluation of the current situation regarding patient's rights in the Czech Republic and proposal on possible measures that would lead to improvements in general knowledge about patient's rights in healthcare. |
