Předmětem mé diplomové práce je financování investičního záměru společnosti Ecom, s.r.o. Cílem je zjistit, zda společnost má všechny předpoklady zdroje financování získat a následně je i splatit. Pokud ano, zanalyzovat možná řešení a verifikovat zvolenou variantu. Moje diplomová práce je rozdělena do několika částí. V první části se na problém dívám očima odborníků, kteří se specializují financováním a přebírám jejich názory a zkušenosti. V druhé části představuji společnost. Zde popisuji historii, předmět činnosti či organizační strukturu. Podrobně zde zpracovávám i finanční analýzu, na základě které hodnotím ekonomickou situaci společnosti. A poslední část práce je zaměřena na realizaci samotného projektu investičního záměru, a to možná řešení financování a následné zvolení pro společnost nejvýhodnější varianty. |

The theme of my graduation theses is financing of investment project of company Ecom, s.r.o. The target is to find out, if this company has all of the presumptions to obtain the resources financial and as well as extinguishing it. If so, then I will analyse feasible solutions and verify selective alternate. My graduation theses is split into sections. In the first section I view my problem by experts who specialize in financing and I pick their opi-nions and experience. In the second section I introduce the company, in this part I describe its history, subject of enterprise or company's organizational structure. In detail I process as well as financial analysis on the basis I evaluate company's economic situation. And the last selection is focused on fruition of the project of prospectus, fiasible solutions of finan-cing and consequently election the optimal alternate for this company. |
