Predmetom mojej bakalárskej práce je analýza ekonomického a finančného riadenia malej obchodnej firmy. Práca je rozdelená do dvoch častí. V teoretickej časti je popísaný rozdiel v riadení malého, stredného a veľkého podniku, rozpracované princípy finančného riade-nia, jednotlivé časti, ktoré sú jeho predmetom a výkazy, ktoré by mal malý a stredný pod-nik analyzovať. V praktickej časti som analyzovala súčasný stav ekonomického a finančného riadenia spoločnosti XY, s.r.o. s identifikáciou nedostatkov, resp. problé-mov. V tejto časti som aj vypracovala návrhy a doporučenia pre efektívnejšie a dôslednejšie riadenie. |

The main aim of the bachelor thesis is the analysis of economic and financial management in small business company. The bachelor work is divided into 2 chapters. There is a theoretical chapter where you can find description of differences among manag-ing small, medium and large business units. This chapter further deals with the principles of financial managing and its financial documentation. The other charter is based on analysis of economic and financial managing in concrete company with identification of the problems. There are also the suggestions and recom-mendations to achieve more effective managing. |
