Tato práce se zabývá analýzou možností financování projektů obce ze strukturálních fondů EU. Náplní teoretické části je rešerše literatury týkající se hospodaření obce, obecního marketingu a fondů EU určených k financování různých aktivit obcí v programu ROP Střední Morava. Na základě nabytých znalostí jsou provedeny potřebné analýzy v části praktické. Prostřednictvím analýzy hospodaření obce a analýzy již realizovaného projektu sportovně-kulturního areálu práce zkoumá, jaké má obec Březnice možnosti v oblasti fi-nancování projektů občanské infrastruktury a zda je využívání dotací ze strukturálních fondů EU východiskem pro financování rozvoje malých obcí. Na základě analýzy vývoje demografických ukazatelů a marketingového výzkumu pak zjišťuje, jaký vliv má budování občanské infrastruktury na život občanů a v jaké míře může ovlivnit image obce. |

This bacherol thesis is concerned with analysis of possibilities to finance the municipal projects from structural funds of the EU. Contents of the theoretic part is literature research of materials relating to municipal management and marketing or structural funds of the EU which are set to finance some municipal activities in the ROP Střední Morava programme. On the basis of acquired knowledges are made necessary analyses in the practical part. Through the analysis of municipal financial management and the analysis of cultural and sports centre's project, that was built up last year, this bacherol thesis tries to realize, which possibilities Březnice has in the area of civil infrastructure's financing and if the using of the EU 's structural funds is way out to finance small village 's development. On the basis of analysisof demografic development and marketing research, this thesis investigates, how the building of civil infrastructure influences a qualitiy of citizen 's life and image of municipality. |
