Cílem této diplomové práce je vypracovat projekt implementace konceptu Balanced Score-card do společnosti RIM-CZ, spol. s r. o. Teoretická část pojednává o řízení výkonnosti podniku, kde největší část je věnována samotnému konceptu Balanced Scorecard, jeho teo-retickému vymezení a postupu implementace do podniku. V praktické části je představena společnost RIM-CZ, spol. s r. o., jsou zde vypracovány jednotlivé analýzy vnitřního a vněj-šího prostředí společnosti a podrobný projekt implementace konceptu Balanced Scorecard na podmínky této společnosti. |
