Ve své diplomové práci se věnuji řízení devizových rizik ve společnosti ABC spol. s r. o. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou hlavních částí, části teoretické a praktické, přičemž praktická část je dále rozdělena na část analytickou a projektovou. V teoretické části se pokouším identifikovat devizové riziko a popsat nástroje vhodné k zajištění proti tomuto riziku. V analytické části je vypracována analýza makroekonomického vývoje České republiky. Popsala jsem vývoj kurzu české koruny v roce 2009 a pokusila se odhadnout její vývoj v roce 2010. V projektové části jsou popsány exportní a importní činnosti firmy, nabídky zajišťovacích produktů jak bankovních tak i jednoho nebankovního subjektu, které vyhodnocuji a vybírám z nich nejvhodnější variantu zajištění pro společnost. |

In my thesis I deal with a management of a foreing exchange risks in the company ABC Ltd. The thesis comprises two main parts: the theoretical part and the practical one. The practical part is divided into the analytic and project sections. In the theoretical part of my thesis I try to decribe the principal of risks and characterize instruments which are suitable for the foreign currency securing. In the analytic section I elaborated an analysis of macroeconomic factors, I also described real movements of the currency exchange rate in the year 2009 and I attempt to estimate the development of exchange rates for the year 2010. In the last part of my thesis - in project part - I defined the foreign activity of the company, its export and import, I also analysed financial derivates offered by banks and nonbank subjects, which I evaluate and choose which one is the most suitable for my company. |
