Předmětem diplomové práce je vypracovat projekt převodu českých účetních výkazů společnosti 5M, s.r.o. na účetní výkazy podle mezinárodního standardu účetního výkaznictví pro malé a střední podniky. Hlavním cílem práce je ukázat, co vše je potřeba učinit, aby byl převod co nejjednodušší a neomezoval běžný chod společnosti. V teoretické části je popsána harmonizaci účetnictví, dále se práce zabývá samotným mezinárodním standardem pro malé a střední podniky a jeho vybranými kapitolami. Následně je provedeno srovnání tohoto standardu a českých účetních předpisů. Na závěr této části je zmíněna finanční analýza, její význam, zdroje a metody. V praktické části je provedena analýza jednotlivých položek účetních výkazů. Dále je vypracován samotný projekt transformace účetních výkazů společnosti. Závěr obsahuje zhodnocení dopadu přechodu na výsledky finanční analýzy společnosti. |

The subject of the diploma thesis is to elaborate a project of transforming Czech financial statements of company 5M, s.r.o. into financial statements in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standard for small and medium-sized entities. The main goal of the thesis is to show what is necessary to make the transformation process simple. In theoretical part is described the harmonization of accounting and then the thesis deals with IFRS for SME and its select sections. The thesis also contains a comparison IFRS for SME and Czech Accounting Standards. In conclusion there is mentioned a financial analysis, its purpose, sources and methods. The practical part contains an analysis of each item of financial statements. There is also elaborated the project of transforming financial statements of the company. In the conslusion there is an evaluation of the impact of transforming statements on results of financial analysis. |
