Tato bakalářské práce je zaměřena na problematiku řízení pohledávek. Teoretická část se zabývá závazkovými vztahy, charakterem pohledávek a jejich řízením. Větší pozornost je zde věnována možnostem zajištění a vymáhání pohledávek. Praktická část bakalářské práce znázorňuje systém řízení pohledávek ve společnosti Stavcar, s.r.o. Větší důraz je věnován hlavně na jejich zajištění a jejich vymáhání. Jsou zde také analyzovány pohledávky s využitím ukazatelů finanční analýzy. Analytická část navrhuje opatření ke zlepšení systému řízení pohledávek. |

This bachelor thesis addresses the questions of the managing of the debts. The theoretical part of this work deals with the relationships of the law of obligation, with the character of them and with their managing. The attention is specialized for the securing and the extorting of the debts. The practical part of this work represents the system of the managing of the debts in the company Stavcar, s.r.o. This part insists on their securing and their extorting in this firm. There are analyzing the debts by the help of financial indicators. The analytical part suggests remedial measure to the innovation of the managing of the debts. |
