Cílem diplomové práce je definovat vzájemný vztah kompetencí celní a daňové správy a zhodnotit navrhované sloučení orgánů celní a daňové správy. Skládá se ze dvou hlavních částí. Jde o část teoretickou a část praktickou. V teoretické části diplomové práce se mimo jiné zabývám obecným vymezením veřejné správy a organizačními principy, které se ve veřejné správě uplatňují. Součástí teoretické části je také organizační struktura celní a daňové správy a jejich jednotlivé kompetence. V praktické části diplomové práce se zabývám vzájemným vztahem kompetencí celní a daňové správy, resp. kompetencemi, které jsou pro obě správy sdílené, popř. výlučné a také zhodnocením navrhovaného sloučení kompetencí celní a daňové správy a vytvoření nové soustavy orgánů finanční a celní správy. Součástí praktické části je také přehled předložených variant. |

The aim of thesis is to define the relationship skills of customs and tax administration and to evaluate the proposed merger of the customs and tax administration. It consists of two main parts.
