Předmětem bakalářské práce "Posouzení finančního zdraví společnosti BAŤA, akciová společnost v letech 2005-2007" je nastínění metod a postupů finanční analýzy orientované na finanční zdraví podniku. Celá práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. V teoretické části se zaměřuji na finanční analýzu obecně, zpracování dat a objasnění finančních ukazatelů. V analytické části uplatňuji teoretické poznatky v praxi. Analyzuji zde celou společnost a následně ji srovnávám s konkrétními konkurenčními podniky. Cílem práce je komplexně zhodnotit a navrhnout určitá opatření pro zlepšení současné finanční situace společnosti. |

The aim of the bachelor thesis "The evaluation of the financial health of the BAŤA Company, Public Limited Corporation in years 2005-2007" is to sketch out the methods and procedures of the financial analysis oriented on the financial health of the company. The whole thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part focuses on the financial analysis in general, processing data and understanding of the financial indicators. The practical part applies theoretic knowledge in use. I analyse the whole company and after that I compare it to the specific competing companies. The goal of this work is complex evaluation and suggestion of specific steps to improve the current financial situation of the company. |
