Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou metod a možností zabezpečení před teroristickými útoky ve Zlínském kraji. Úvodem se věnuje vymezení terorismu a jeho postavení vůči jiným formám násilí. Následně vymezuje terorismus z pohledu použitých forem, prostředků a jeho typologie. V závěru teoretické části rozebírá možné nástroje využívané při ochraně před terorismem a jeho následky. Praktická část přibližuje hlavní hrozby a rizika možných teroristických útoků a současný stav zabezpečení ve Zlínském kraji. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny základní charakteristiky nástroje pro rychlou analýzu rizik vytvořeného současně s touto prací. |

This diploma thesis is concerned in the problematic of methods and usage of security against the terrorist's attack in the Zlín shire. To start with it dwells with defining the terrorism and its position towards other ways of violence to follow with establishing its definitions from the point of used forms, instruments and typology of terrorism. In the end of the theoretical part it takes into account possible instruments used when establishing the safety system against the terrorist's attacks and its consequences. The practical part values the main threats and risks of possible terrorist's attack and the present state of security in Zlín shire. In the end of the thesis the basic characteristic of instrument for the quick risk analysis which has been made together with this work are stated. |
