dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce s názvem Analýza nákladů a optimalizace jejich řízení ve firmě Tufír, spol. s r. o. je zaměřena na analýzu nákladů a kalkulačního systému firmy. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny nejdůležitější poznatky z oblasti nákladů a kalkulací, které slouží jako východiska pro zpracování praktické části. V praktické části práce je nejdříve představena firma Tufír, spol. s r.o., následně jsou podrobně analyzovány náklady firmy a stávající kal-kulační systém. Na základě provedených analýz jsou v závěru práce vyslovena doporučení na zlepšení nákladového řízení ve firmě.	cs

In the theoretical part are mentioned the most important knowledge from the costs and calculations, which serve as bases for processing the practical part.
