Bakalářská práce obsahuje charakteristiku lázeňství a léčebné výživy. Práce je zaměřena na stravování v lázeňských hotelech v Mariánských Lázních, na výběr surovin a jejich úpravu. Práce krátce seznamuje s lázněmi Mariánské Lázně. Dále byly vymezeny podniky společného stravování, organizační struktura stravovacího úseku, jídelní lístek, nápojový lístek a systémy obsluhy. Práce nás seznamuje se stravováním a pobytem v hotelech Esplanade, Villa Butterfly a Pacifik. |
