Tato diplomová práce se zabývá Plastikářským klastrem fungujícím ve Zlínském kraji a vlivem jeho aktivit na výkonnost členské společnosti greiner packaging slušovice, s.r.o. V práci je provedena podrobná analýza aktivit Plastikářského klastru, v souvislosti na níž navazuje zhodnocení výkonnosti firmy greiner packaging slušovice, s.r.o. Jsou zde vyjádřeny přínosy pro společnost z aktivního využívání jednotlivých aktivit Plastikářského klastru. Cílem práce je návrh efektivního zapojení společnosti greiner packaging slušovice, s.r.o. do aktivit Plastikářského klastru. Na základě praktických poznatků získaných ve společnosti greiner packaging slušovice, s.r.o. a u jiných klastrů končí má diplomová práce návrhem činností, které Plastikářský klastr dosud neplánuje, ale které by byly prospěšné pro greiner packaging slušovice, s.r.o. a ostatní členské firmy tohoto klastru. |

This thesis is about the Plastics cluster functioning in Zlin region and about the impact of it's own actions on performance of member corporation greiner packaging slušovice, s.r.o. The thesis covers the execution of detailed analysis of Plastics cluster activities and performance evaluation of greiner packaging slušovice, s.r.o. There are formulated gains and benefits for the corporation based on active exploitation of individual activities of Plactics cluster. The objective of the thesis is proposition of efficient integration of greiner packaging slušovice, s.r.o. into the activities of Plastics cluster. Based on practical knowledge gained in greiner packaging slušovice, s.r.o. and from other clusters, my thesis is ending with proposition actions to be taken, which Plastics cluster does not plan as yet, but which would be beneficial for the greiner packaging slušovice, s.r.o. as well as for all remaining member firms of this cluster. |
